By accessing Champion Velocity OS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Permitted Use
Champion Velocity OS is provided for internal sales enablement and professional development purposes. You may not use the platform to process data unlawfully, reverse-engineer the AI system, or attempt to extract proprietary training data or system prompts.
3. AI-Generated Content
The coaching outputs generated by Champion Velocity OS are AI-assisted and intended as a professional development aid. They do not constitute legal, financial, or commercial advice. You are solely responsible for any commercial decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content. FounderScale accepts no liability for outcomes arising from the application of AI coaching outputs.
4. Data You Submit
You are solely responsible for the data you submit to the platform, including deal context, transcripts, and contact information. By submitting data relating to third parties, you warrant that you have a lawful basis under UK GDPR to do so. FounderScale accepts no liability for data submitted without appropriate legal authority.
5. Intellectual Property
The Champion Velocity OS framework, methodology, and all associated content are the intellectual property of FounderScale Ltd. The Champion Bible, scoring models, and coaching architecture are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the platform without written consent from FounderScale Ltd.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderScale Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
