1. Who We Are

Champion Velocity OS is operated by FounderScale Ltd. We are committed to protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For data protection enquiries, contact: [email protected]

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided during sign-in via Manus OAuth.
  • Usage data: Module interactions, XP progress, badges earned, learning streaks, and session activity.
  • Deal context data: Information you voluntarily submit about deals, contacts, and sales scenarios when using the live coaching features. You are solely responsible for ensuring this data does not contain third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Transcript data: Text you submit for Champion analysis. This is processed by our AI system and not retained beyond the session unless you explicitly save it.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and session cookies required for platform operation.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data on the following lawful bases:

  • Contract performance: To provide the Champion Velocity OS service, including account management, progress tracking, and AI coaching.
  • Legitimate interests: To improve the platform, detect misuse, and ensure security.
  • Consent: For any optional communications or analytics beyond core service delivery.

We do not use your deal context data or transcript data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose other than delivering the coaching service to you.

4. Your Responsibility for Third-Party Data

When you submit deal context, transcripts, or contact information relating to third parties (colleagues, prospects, clients), you are acting as a data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis under UK GDPR to process and share that information with our platform. Do not submit personally identifiable information about third parties without appropriate legal basis. FounderScale accepts no liability for third-party data submitted without a lawful basis.

5. Data Retention

Account and progress data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deal and conversation data is retained for 24 months from last activity, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed by our infrastructure providers in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR Chapter V.
